Cody Pelliccioni was a standout distance runner from Morgantown
HS in Morgantown, West Virginia, where he ran track and cross country for Coach Mike Ryan. Pelliccioni was a two time Gatorade Player of the Year for
cross country for the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 seasons. The crowning moment of
his career was when he qualified for Foot Locker Nationals in San Diego, CA. He
committed to North Carolina State University on the 10th of February, 2011.

and senior (15:38.59), while placing fourth as a freshman (17:43.94) and third
as a sophomore (16:52.67).

WVSSAC Region 1 AAA Champion in cross country as a sophomore (17:14), junior
(16:49.13) and senior (16:51), while placing fourth as a freshman (17:31.66).

Won
the West Virginia state cross country championship at Cabell Midland XC Course
in Ona, WV as a sophomore (15:56.25) in 2008, while state runner-up as a junior
(16:51.00) in 2009 and as a senior (15:19.75) in 2010, and finished sixth as a
freshman (16:44.00) in 2007.

a 4-time All-State Selection in cross country.

Finished
seventh in the Boys Seeded Race at the 2010 Foot Locker South Regional at
McAlpine Greenway Park in Charlotte, NC with a time of 15:04, while becoming
just the fifth-ever West Virginian to qualify for the Foot Locker National
Championships. He finished fifty-eighth as a sophomore (15:58) in 2008 and
thirty-ninth as a junior (15:29) in 2009.

thirty-sixth at the 2010 Foot Locker Nationals at Balboa Park in San Diego, CA
with a time of 16:00.

2009-2010 & 2010-2011 Gatorade West Virginia Boys Cross Country Runner of

the 2009 McQuaid Invitational at Genesee Valley Park 3.0 in Rochester, NY while
breaking the tape in 14:53.19, and won the Prefontaine Award for the fastest
time in the three-mile event.

Took third place in the Boys Race of Champions 5,000-meter race at
the 2010 Great American Cross Country Championships at WakeMed
Soccer Complex in Cary, NC with a time of 15:14.40.

sophomore (9:57.86) in
2009, a junior (9:45.70)
in 2010, and a senior (10:14.01) in 2011, while an 800-meter NCAC Champion as a
junior (2:01.22) in 2010.

Was
WVSSAC Region 1 AAA Champion in 800-meters (2:00.22) and 1600-meters as a junior
(4:40.07) in 2010, while he was
runner-up in 3200-meters as a sophomore (4:35.72) in 2009 and as a senior (4:28.22) in 2011.

third in 1600-meters at the West Virginia State Championship at Laidley Field
in Charleston, WV as a sophomore (4:24.22) in 2008 and junior (4:18.53) in
2010, while he helped lead his 4x800-meter relay team to a fourth place finish
as a sophomore in 2009 and sixth place finish as a junior in 2010.
