Prep:

· Ran class AAA girls cross country and track for Coach Paul Martin at Preston High.

· 2007 - State champion in the 3,200-meter race as a junior (11:01.49).

· 2008 – State runner-up as a senior in 3,200-meter race (11:10.26) and 4x800-meter relay (9:51.58).

· Member of record-setting 4x800-meter state champion relay in 2005 (9:37.34) and 2007 (9:36.53).

· 2006 - Third in the 1,600-meter run (5:21.82) and 4x400-meter relay as a sophomore (4:10.15).

· 2007 - Third in 1,600-meter race as a junior (5:11.80).

· 2008 – Sixth in 1,600-meter race as a senior (5:20.13).

· Member of 4x800-meter relay in 2006 (9:52.99), while placing fourth.

· Member of 4x400-meter relay in 2007 (4:14.34), while placing sixth.

· 2007 - Finished ninth at cross country state meet (19:50), while earning all-state honors.

· Twelve-time All-State Selection in cross country & track.

At West Virginia University in 2009:

· Ran unattached at the Bennie Benson Memorial and placed second (4:48.10) in the 1,500-meter run.

· Ran unattached at the State Farm Games and placed fourth (3:05.87).

· Competed unattached at the Bill Van Horne Invitational and finished 11th in the 800 meters (2:28.13).

At West Virginia University in 2010:

· Saw limited action.

· Finished 17th in the 3,000-meter run at the PSU Northeast Challenge (10:49.07).

At West Virginia University in 2011:

· Qualified for Big East in the 5,000-meter race and 3,000-meter steeplechase.

· Came in 12th place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:55.08 at the Big East Championships.

· Finished in first place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Bill Van Horne Invitational in 11:32.26.

· Arrived in fourth place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a Big East-qualifying 10:56.31 at the Jesse Owens Classic.

· Competed in the 1,500-meter run at the Kent Taylor-Joe Hilton Invitational (13th, 4:42.56) and the Colonial Relays (38th, 4:44.63).

· Came in first place in the mile run with a time of 5:07 at the WVU State Farm Games.

· Finished third in the mile at the Blue-Gold Meet in 5:19.10.

· Achieved second place in the 3,000-meter run in 9:55.71 at the Penn State Relays.

· Also a member of the mile relay team, helping foursome to first place at the Penn State Relays in 21:11.

At West Virginia University in 2012:

· Ran a Big East-qualifying 5:03.34 in the mile run for eighth place at the Penn State National.

· Competed in the mile run at the Big East Championships with a career-best 5:00.36 for a 17th-place finish in the preliminaries.

· Came in seventh place with a career-best 17:09.78 in the 5,000 meter at the Columbia Last Chance meet.

· Achieved 15th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:47.05 at the Stanford Invitational.

· Earned a career-best 4:38.48 in the 1,500-meter for 18th place at the Jesse Owens Classic.

· Came in seventh place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a career-best 10:28.71 at the Larry Ellis Invitational, the third-best all-time WVU mark for the event.

· Finished ninth at Big East in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:39.64.

· Placed 25th in the 1,500-meter at the Swarthmore Last Chance meet in 4:40.50.

· Achieved 35th place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:35.10 at the NCAA East Regional.
