Entry Fee will be determined by total (B/G) participants

Greater than 20 participants: $100.00 Entry fees should be mailed prior to the

10-19 participants: $ 50.00 meet to the school. ( Check made out to:

1- 9 participants: $ 25.00 Ritchie County High School)

Entries: Each team may enter 3 individuals per event and 1 relay team.

Coaches are to use Athletic.net for their entrees. The entry deadline will be Friday, April 17^th at 2:30 PM. There will be no adds after this time.

Awards: Team trophies for the 1^{st and} 2^nd place teams. High point

awards for both boys and girls. Medals for individual winners. Ribbons given to places 2 through 8 in each event, along with all places in the relay events.

Text any last-minute questions (after 2:30) to Coach Haught at 304-679-9899. A coaches meeting will be held at 3:30 in front of the building located at the finish line.

Rules and Regulations

Spikes are not permitted in the bleachers and are not to exceed for the surface

Tape is not permitted on the track. Markers may be used for jumping events and relays.

Use your own shot/discus and batons. Standard blocks will be provided.

The pole vault weight verification form is to be turned in to the pole vault judge before warming up for the event.

Team tents may be set up in the bleachers opposite the finishing line. Teams without a tent may remain on the press box side but are asked to not sit at the finish line end of the bleachers.

Extras

A hospitality room will be provided for all coaches in the commons area of the school during the break.
