Ritchie County Middle School Relay Meet

Ritchie County Middle School will be hosting a meet at Ritchie County High School on Monday, April 15, 2024.

Date: Monday, April 15, 2024

Time: Field events will begin at 4:30 pm; running events will start at 5:00 pm.

Entry Fees: $50 per team ($100 for both boys and girls), please pay entry PRIOR to meet day.  Please make checks payable to RCMS, 201 Ritchie County School Rd. STE 2, Ellenboro, WV 26346.

Entry Deadline: Hy-Tek entries need to be emailed to cody.stewart@k12.wv.us by Thursday, April 4, 2024.  The event file that is needed will be posted on www.runwv.com. All entries must have a time/distance/height entered.

Scratches: Please email your scratches and replacements by Friday April, 12, 2024, to cody.stewart@k12.wv.us . Last minute scratches and replacements will also be accepted from 3:30-4:00 pm at the meet, however, please make every effort to have all scratches and replacements in by Friday, April 12, 2024.  This will help us start on time, have a great meet, and get on the way home in a timely manner.

Miscellaneous: The concession stand will be open.  Starting blocks will be provided.  The longest spikes permitted on our track are 3/16 inch.  This will be a relay meet.  Team tents must be placed in the bleachers opposite the press box.
