Meet Overview: All rule set for by the WVSSAC and NFHS will be followed as an invitational.
Seeding; will be completed by using the ATHLETIC NET program. If you need to guess an appropriate seed time.
ENTRY INFORMATION:
1) Please submit your entries to Athletic .net
2) The meet will be open on March 1st for all teams
3) All seed time should be an estimated time or a NT
4) A max of four events per individual.
5) No maximum entries for an event.( if you want 10 athletes in the 3200m we will)
6) Have a maximum of 2 relays per relay event please.
7) Reseeding May Take place if too many scratches occur/
ENTRY FEES:
$100 For Both Teams
$75 for individual teams

GENERAL INFORMATION:
1) All Schools must have one coach at the Coaches meeting.
2) The meet will fall on a rolling schedule
3) Start time of the meet is set for 11 AM
4) If Needed we will cap the number of teams at 15
5) Admission $6
6) Concessions will be available. ( T-shirts might be too)
7) Coaches will have a hospitality room.
AWARDS:
TOP 3 Individuals/ relays will receive a medal.
BOYS Champion and Girls Champion will also receive a trophy.
