3/22/24 DICK DARBY CLASSIC INFORMATION

Where: Poca High School 

When:  March 22nd, 2024 (Friday) 

Time:  Scratch Meeting at 4:15am, Field Events at 4:30pm, Running Events at 5:00pm 

Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (8 places if applicable.)

One Session Meet 

Entries:  3 Per Event, 1 Relay Team. (Check with Coach Gwinn about entering B Teams/Extras) 

Entry Fee: $50.00 per team or $85.00 for boy/girl team.  The fee for a B team is $15.00.  

Awards:   1^st Place Team Trophy Boys/Girls 

                2^nd Place Team Trophy Boys/Girls 

                High Point Plaque Boys/Girls

-A concession stand will be open for participants and spectators.

-Coaches, please be willing to help with the meet if needed. 

Order of Events is a High School One Session Meet. 

CHECKS: Mail your checks to:              Poca High School

                         Please make checks payable to "Poca Track". 

                         Last resort just hand me the check before the meet starts.  

Athletic.Net: Entries will be done in Athletic.net format. Entries will be due by 10:00am the day of the meet (3/22). Since all of you have Athletic.net access for your High School teams, you will be able to search for the meet and then register your athletes within their respective events.

-Search: Go to “2024 Outdoor Season Calendar” on team’s Athletic.net homepage, then go to our meet based off of the date (3/22) or name (Dick Darby Classic) and click on our meet, then add your team.

            -Register your athletes/team accordingly.

Sadly, No Pole Vault again this year. We are getting closer to obtaining the equipment.
