INDIAN INVITATIONAL INFORMATION

High School Track Coaches:

It is our privilege to invite you to participate in the inaugural Indian Invitational.  The meet will be held on Tuesday, April 11^th, 2023 at Sissonville High School.  Reserve your spot now (eight team limit) with Coach Chad McClanahan at cmcclanahan@mail.kana.k12.wv.us.   

Awards:               Team trophies for 1^st & 2^nd place teams

                                Individual ribbons for 1^st – 6^th place

                                High point trophy for both boys & girls

Entries:  Entries will be done in Hy-Tek format.  You may enter three athletes in each individual event and one team per relay.  The deadline for entries is Friday, April 7^th at 12:00 PM.  Send entries to Marshall Cavender at mecavender62@outlook.com.

Entry Fee:           $50.00 per team

                                $90.00 for both boys & girls teams

Time Schedule:  Scratch meeting at 4:30 PM.  Field events start at 4:45 PM.  Running events start at 5:00 PM.  Schedule will follow the “One Session” format listed for high schools in the WVSSAC Interscholastic.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the discus event due to ongoing construction in the throwing area.  All other field events will be available. 

Coaches please be willing to assist with the meet, if necessary

Dinner will be provided for all coaches (no athletes please)

A concession stand will be open for participants and spectators
