Correction to Entry Method For REGION 4 AA

Coaches,

You will need to use the hytek file found on Runwv.com for entries in this meet, not athletic.net.  When submitting your entries, please make sure all times/distances submitted are accurate.  Also, put in the subject line of your email Region 4 AA Meet entries.  Entries will be due by 10 am on Friday May 12.  DO NOT SUBMIT ENTRIES ANY EARLIER THAN THIS.  We are trying to minimize the need for making scratches by this later entry deadline.  Finally, please send your entries to Pat@tristateracer.com.  Thank you and see you next Friday.
