University graduate Josh Edwards was named the 2022 Ray McCoy Award winner as the top Track & Field athlete in the State.

Edwards' Senior season resulted in individual wins in the 800, 1600, and 3200 Meter Runs, and joining the 3rd place 4x400 team that secured the team championship for University. Edwards holds the All-State State Best mark in the 3200 Meter Run with an 8:45.61 and also has a True 2 Mile of 8:46.73.
