2023 Liberty Mountaineer Invitational
Date: Tuesday April 25, 2023
Location: Mazzie/Reaser Complex, Liberty High School 1 Mountaineer Drive, Clarksburg WV 26301
Time schedule: Coaches meeting 4pm We will be running a modified Single Session Schedule with the 3200 beginning with field events at 4:30 followed by the 400, there will be a short break after the 400 for Liberty Senior Recognition and to finish field events.
Field Events: All events will be held, 4 attempts ONLY, no finals (may implement minimum mark after first legal attempt if size warrants) for Shot Put, Discus, and Long Jump NO FINALS.
1st rotation: Girls Shot, Girls High Jump, Boys Discus, Boys Long Jump, Boys Pole Vault
2nd rotation: Girls Discus, Girls Long Jump, Girls Pole Vault, Boys Shot, Boys High Jump
Starting Heights: As needed – 6 inch increments for PV, 2 inches for HJ
Entry Procedures: HyTek Team Manager for all team entries OR ATHLETIC.NET if you prefer. 4 entries per team in 100,200,400, 1 relay per team, and unlimited in 800,1600,3200, and field events.
Entry Marks: (Please enter a realistic performance mark.) These will be used to set starting heights and heats

Timing: Automatic timing will be used (Finish Lynx)
Team Camp Area: Teams can set up on opposite side of press box
Spikes: ¼ pyramid only, strictly enforced on all rubber surfaces
Scoring: Top 6: 10-8-6-4-2-1
Awards: Ribbons to 1st through 6th place in all events
Results: Posted as ready during meet, ASAP after meet at www.RunWV.com and on athletic.net
Hospitality: Coaches/event staff during
break Maybe but perhaps only concession stand items
Other Info: NO tape on track/ HJ Apron, or Long Jump/Pole Vault runways.
Admission Fee: $6 CREDIT or DEBIT CARD ONLY at the gate, Harrison County Senior citizen, Student, Employee, and WVSSAC passes accepted.
