2022 TCHS Silver Knights Invitational
Coaches,
We would like to welcome you to the 2022 TCHS Silver Knight Invitational at our 8 Lane Track and Field Facility. We look forward to seeing you there. Below you will find some information regarding this meet.
Where: Knights Stadium at Tyler Consolidated High School
When: Friday April 1st, 2022
Coaches Meeting @ 3:45
Field Events @ 4:00
Running Events @ 4:30
Entry Fee: $55 per team, $100 for both boys and girls teams.
Entries: Each athlete may compete in up to four events. Each team may enter up to 3 athletes per event and only an A Relay team.
Please email the event file found on runwv.com to adam.haywood@k12.wv.us no later than Monday March 28th at 10:00am.
Scratches are due at 11:00am the day of the meet with any final scratches to be turned in at 3:30 pm to the press box.
Awards: Plaques will be given to the overall team winner and runner up for both boys and girls. Custom medals will be given to those who finish 1st through 3th place, while 4th through 6th place will receive ribbons. A high point trophy will be awarded to the overall high point for both boys and girls.
Info: Running Events will follow the WVSSAC 2-Session meet format.
Field Events will start as follows: Girls High Jump & Shot Put - Boys: Discus, Long Jump & Pole Vault.
Starting Blocks will be provided.
Weight Verifications Sheets must be turned into the Pole Vault Official before an athlete can start warming up.
Hospitality Room will be provided for all Coaches and Officials
Tent City will be next to the visitors’ bleachers. No tents are allowed on the press box side of the bleachers.

LJ/PV: Spectators are only allowed to sit on the far hill behind the roped off area. Only coaches and athletes are allowed in the Long Jump/Pole Vault area.
Throws: Use your own shot or discus. Bleachers are only to be used by coaches and athletes. All spectators need to be outside the throwing area.
