Pioneer Middle School Invitational- Friday 4/15/2023 starting @ 11:00am

Glenville State University would like to formally invite you and your team to participate in the Pioneer Middle School Invitational at GSU.

Entries- $125.00 per team $225.00 for boys and girls. It will be $10.00 per athlete if bringing less than 5.

Registration-All registration will be handled through the K&J Timing or through email confirmation with Chris Kreger.

Checks payable to- Glenville State University Track and Field

Facility- 8 lane rubberized all-weather track. Rubberized jumping areas and large throwing venues Rules- WVSSAC rules will govern the meet.

Sanction- Meet will be sanctioned for WV                                                                                          

Awards- Scoring Individual events and Relays (10-8-6-4-2-1)                                                                                      

                *Awards for top 6 individual in each event                                                                          

                *Team Trophies for Winning Team and Runner-Up                                                          

                *Trophy for High Point Winners                                                                                

Food-   A concession stand will be open for all. Hospitality room will be available for coaches.     Results- Live results will be posted through K&J Timing Website. https://www.kandjtiming.com/

Scratches- Last Minute scratches and replacements will be accepted up until 30 minutes prior to meet start time. Although, it would be greatly appreciated if you make every effort to get this information to us no later than noon.
