Coaches,

            You team invited to the KC Middle School Principals Invitational. It will be held Wednesday May 11 at Laidley Field. The scratch will begin at 4:30 PM and the events will start at 5:00 PM. At the scratch meeting changes can be made to your entry, the changes need to be taken to the computer shack as quickly as possible.

Field event changes do not need to be listed, they will be done at the event; also, relay changes do not need to be listed on the scratch sheet.

            Send your entries to whillenbrand@mail.kana.k12.wv.us using Team Manager. Team Manager Lite can be down loaded at WVRUN. The deadline for entries is Monday May 9.

            All event are finals, each school may enter 2 individual per event and 1 relay per team. The entry fee for this meet is $40 per team ($80 for a boys and and girls team). Due to the size of the meet no “B: teams. Make checks payable to KCMS Athletic Boosters.

            Ribbons for 1^th through 6^th place each event. A high point individual award will be given in each division. Team trophies will be awarded to 1^st through 3^rd place in each division.

            The will be a hospitality room during the break for coaches and officials.
