Chup Robinson HS Invitational- Friday 4/14/2023 starting @ 4:00pm

Glenville State University would like to formally invite you and your team to participate in the Chup Robinson Invitational at GSU.

Entries- $125 per team $225.00 for boys and girls. It will be $10.00 per athlete if bringing less than 5.

Registration Link- All registration will be handled through the K&J Timing or through email confirmation with Chris Kreger.

Checks payable to- Glenville State University Track and Field

Facility- 8 lane rubberized all-weather track. Rubberized jumping areas                                                                 

Rules- WVSSAC rules will govern the meet. With K&J timing handling meet management.

Sanction- Meet will be sanctioned for WV and OH                                                                                          

Awards- Scoring Individual events and Relays (10-8-6-4-2-1)                                                                                      

                *Awards for top 6 individual in each event                                                                          

                *Team Trophies for Winning Team and Runner-Up                                                          

                *Trophy for High Point Winners                                                                

Food-   A concession stand will be open for all athletes’ coaches and guests                                                                          Coaches will receive 1 food pass per team (boys & girls)                                                                 

Results- Live results will be posted through K&J Timing https://www.kandjtiming.com/

Scratches- Last Minute scratches and replacements will be accepted up until 30 minutes prior to meet start time. Although, it would be greatly appreciated if you make every effort to get this information to us no later than noon.
