Coaches,

            Poca Middle School would like to invite your track team to participate in the Charles D. Buckley Classic on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Poca High School.  We will have all events except pole vault.  Please try to keep your athletes in the bleachers until they hear first call for their event.  We will try to go through events as quickly as possible.  We would appreciate any help that can be given.

Time Schedule:  There will be a coach’s meeting at 8:30 AM on the football field. First call for field events will be at 9:00 AM and running events will start at 9:15 AM

Entry Sheets:  Two entries per individual event and one relay team may be entered. Entries must be received No LATER THAN Friday April 15 at Noon.  Hy-Tek submissions MUST be used.  Each coach/ team will provide and submit their entries directly to Robert St. Clair (stclair@tristateracer.com) using only a HyTek Team Manager Export File that can be imported directly into HyTek. No one from Poca Middle School will complete this task for you.

Capacity: 12 Schools are eligible to participate with an option to have a “B” Team for each school.  

Entry Fee:   Make checks payable to Poca Middle School.

      $ 125 per school (boys and girls)

                  $25 per additional team (B)

Awards:  Team trophy for 1^st and 2^nd place

                High point trophy for boy and girl

                Ribbons for 1^st-6^th
