Morgantown's Irene Riggs nearly pulled off the win at the Brooks PR Invitational on June 15th. Her time of 9:50.72 in the 2 Mile Run was just 0.02 off the winner as both eclipsed the previous Outdoor True 2 Mile High School Record (if I understand correctly).
