RE:  AA Region IV Track Meet

The Region IV Class AA Track Meet will be held at Winfield High School on Thursday June 3, 2021.  The meet will begin with a coaches meeting at 1:45 pm.  Scratches must be submitted prior to this time.

FIELD EVENTS WILL BEGIN AT 2 PM.  First Session: Boys Discus, Girls Shot, Boys Long Jump, Girls High Jump, Boys Pole Vault. 

RUNNING EVENTS WILL BEGIN AT 3 PM.  The order of events for a two-session meet is listed in the February issue of The Interscholastic.

Schedule:  Two Session meet schedule as determined by WVSSAC guidelines.

** ENTRIES:  All entries must be submitted by email through Hytek Team Manager Lite. The regional meet event file is available at the WVSSAC website and on runwv.com

Entries are limited to 3 athletes per event and one team per relay event.

Coaches are reminded that all seed times must come from actual FAT performances from the 2021 season and must be verifiable.  Anticipated times will not be accepted.

Send all entries to Pat@tristateracer.com  ENTRY DEADLINE IS THURSDAY JUNE 3, 2021.  Entries MUST BE RECEIVED BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 12 PM on MEET DAY.

Please check to make sure all rosters (eligibility sheets) are up to date on the WVSSAC website.  No athlete can be entered if they are not already on the eligibility sheet.  Rosters will be pulled on Tuesday June 1st at 8 am.

***All scratches/substitutions are due no later than 1 pm on meet day. No Exceptions!  These can be made beside the finish line at the green building.  You can email early scratches/substitutions to Pat@tristateracer.com by 1 pm on meet day.

 

Meal:  Dinner will be provided during the break to coaches.

Awards:  Ribbons for top 6 in each event, Boys and Girls High Point Award. Regional Team Champion Plaques Boys and Girls (provided by WVSSAC).  WE ARE ASKING THAT EACH SCHOOL DONATE $20 TOWARDS THE RIBBONS AND HIGH POINT AWARDS COST.  THANK YOU!

Admission:  Adults $6.00, Students $5.00 as established by WVSSAC.  Only WVSSAC passes may be utilized and those individuals must sign in and may be asked for ID.

There will be a concession stand available throughout the meet.  It will open at 1 pm.

Pole Vault Forms – just a reminder for coaches to bring pole vault verification forms to the meet.
