Supporting and Building Resiliency in Athletes

WVU's Center for Applied Coaching and Sport Science's Town Hall series brings together coaching leaders to discuss issues important to WV's sports community.  This week's program will look at how coaches, parents and athletes can build and support resiliency through the athletic experience. Being resilient and able to handle challenges and adversity is an essential skill in sport and life.  WVU’s women’s gymnastics coach and CPASS alumni Jason Butts and other leading professionals will share tips and answer community questions about how to support and develop resiliency in developing athletes.

Developing Long-Lasting Athleticism through Youth Sports
