Entries: Each team will be allowed 3 athletes per event and 1 relay team.

Awards: Team standing plaques for the 1st and 2nd place teams. First place team plaques will receive their award at the LKC banquet. Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in each event with ribbons given to 4th, 5th, and 6th place finishers. The top 14 scorers will receive all-conference honors at the banquet. Girls/Boys high point award plaque.

 

Scratches: E-mail any scratches the day of the meet to Adam Haywood before 10:00am. Any scratches made after 10:00am must be turned in to the timer at the finish line by 3:30pm.

Rules and Regulations: We will be running a 2 heat final in the 100m, 200m, and 100/110m hurdles. Heat winners advance followed by next fastest times to fill out a field of 12.

                                                Spikes are not permitted in the bleachers.

                                                Pole Vault weight verification forms are to be turned into the Pole Vault Judge before warming up for the event.

                                                Shot and Discus will be weighed when checking in.

                                                Standard blocks will be provided.

                                                Team tents may be set up in the bleachers opposite the finish line. (Away Bleachers)

                                                There will be a hospitality tent for all coaches and officials on the south side of the track.
