2019 Coalfield Conference AA Meet

The AA Coalfield Conference Meet is to be held April 30^th, 2019 at Independence HS.  There will be no Pole Vault (lack of facilities). 

The meet will begin with Field Events at 3:45. (Scratch and/or sub at Field Event) 

Running events will begin approximately at 4:30.   Scratch or substitutions online by 2:30 p.m., no additions will be allowed after 2:30.  

Send entries via goeasyware.com.  Three athletes per event and one relay only allowed.   

NO “B” Team athletes!!

The format is for a Modified Two Session Meet:

1.  3200 G/B

2. 100/100 Hurdles  G/B

3. Break

4. 4X800 G/B

5. ETC.  

The entry fee is $50 for one team and $75 for both boys and girls.

There will be a hospitality room provided for the coaches only.  There will be a concession stand available.

Awards: 1^stPlace Team Trophies will be awarded. 1^st-6^thPlace Individual ribbons will be awarded.

Entry Deadline- April 29, 2019.
