Times:            3:00 p.m. pick up packets in the press box

                        3:30 p.m. last minute scratches due in press box

(Please make every effort to fax your scratches to us by 2:00 Wednesday afternoon!)

4:00 p.m. field events begin

4:30 p.m. running events begin

                        Your entry must be emailed to me by:

10:00 a.m. Monday, March 26th, 2018!

 

I will have the event file posted on runwv.com for you to use. Please email your entry to me using that event file only.

                        We would greatly appreciate it if you could mail your entry fee to us no later than Wednesday, March 28th. However, entry fees may be hand delivered the day of the meet. If you did not pay your fee last year don’t bother coming.

 

                        Scratches are due by 2:00 on Wednesday, March 28th. Fax them to TCHS at: 304-758-9006, Attn. Coach Jacob Myer.

 

You may also email them to me at the above address. (Please do not email them to me Wednesday evening and expect me to have them in time for the meet.) Please call to confirm that we received your faxed or emailed scratches.

 

Last minute scratches will be accepted the day of the meet but please keep these to a minimum, (and none after 12:00 p.m.)

 

Entry Fee:      $50.00 per team or $100.00 per school for both boys and girls teams

 

Entries:           3 athletes per event maximum, 4 events per athlete
