Hello,

I just wanted to get you some information concerning the Quad here at Parkersburg High school on March 17, 1018.

This will be a very laid back event-you can enter as many athletes as you want in each event and as many relays as you want in each of the relay races, however you can only score one relay and only three individuals in the individual races.

Coaches meeting will be at 10:15 if needed.

We will begin Field events at 10:30 and running events at 11:30. Scratches can be made that morning.

We will be using a one session meet schedule and we will feed all coaches and officials after the 400 meter dash. We will be using Baumspage.com for the entries. Entry window closed March 16^th at 8:00pm.

If our camera is up and running we will use the camera, if it isn’t working then we will used hand held timing.
