Coaches,

Hope everyone is doing well. Just wanted to send out an update on the Chup Robinson Invitational this Saturday. As I am sure everyone knows that this Saturday's weather is looking very cold and calling for snow. With that being said we plan to still hold our meet on Saturday. The only way I see it being cancelled is if we are truly looking at snow accumulation. Right now, it is calling for around 1 to 3 inches of snow in this area with the temperature in the high 30s. We have dealt with this weather in the past for this meet and have plans in place already to make sure the meet is ran effectively and safely for everyone's athletes. The athletes' health and safety will always remain a top priority heading into the weekend.

As I know some of you have already been in contact with your Athletic Directors and are debating on making the trip, we understand the reasoning for this and just as for you to let us know as soon as the call is being made. Right now we have a total of Ten teams entered with only one program backing out as of today. If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me by email at nicholas.spino@glenville.edu.
