Date: Friday, April 13, 2018 (2:30pm Field, 3:00pm Track)

Entry Procedures: HyTek Team Manager for all team entries. Unlimited entries except Field events: 4 per event

Entry Marks: (Please enter using a realistic performance for this time of year.)

Teams: 10 High School Teams

Entry Fee: $60.00 per gender (team is 10 or more of one gender) (Boys & Girls $120.00) $6 per athlete if under 10. Make Check Payable to: ABU Track and Field, Box 2062, 101 College Hill Dr., Philippi, WV 26416

Entry Deadline: Tuesday, April 10 at 6pm EST

Performance List: Posted on our web site by Thursday at noon.

Timing: Automatic timing will be used (Tri State Racer)

Team Camp Area: Teams can set up on outside of track by the 200m start.

Team Bus/drop off: Busses should drop off teams on the outside of the Main Gate and park above the track in the gravel parking lot.

Implement Weigh-in: Finish Line.

Spikes: pyramid only, 3/8 with recessed spikes - strictly enforced on all rubber surfaces

Field Events: 4 attempts ONLY (may implement minimum mark after first legal attempt if size warrants)

Time schedule: On a rolling schedule. Will Go Ahead Of Schedule, If Possible.

Starting Heights: As needed 6 inches increments for PV, 3 inches for HJ

Scoring: Top 6: 10-8-6-4-2-1 (top 3 from each team)

Results: Posted as ready during meet, ASAP after meet at www.gobattlers.com and www.RunWV.com

We will be selling Meet T-Shirts for $15. Preorder is preferred. Let me know what sizes if possible.

Hospitality: Coaches/event staff Continental Dinner.

Awards: Awards for top 6 event placers.

Admission Fee: $5.00 for Adults/Kids Kindergarten and up (Up to five official coaches per team are free)

Eight lane all-weather granular polyurethane surface (42 inch lanes) Built in 2017

Automatic timing will be used

1 new Shot Put ring outside stadium

1 new Discus cage outside stadium (High School/NCAA legal)

Large apron for HJ.

LJ pit - Landing area with runways at a maximum of 160 ft.

Lighted stadium

Press box

Permanent restroom facilities

Bleacher seating for 5000
