Ritchie County Middle School will be hosting a meet at Ritchie High School on Wednesday, April 12.

Date: Wednesday, April 12, 2017

Time: Field events will begin at 4:30 PM; running events will start at 5:00 PM

Entry Deadline: Hy-Tek entries need to be e-mailed to ccress@k12.wv.us by Monday, April 10, 2017. The event file that is needed will be posted on www.runwv.com. If you are unfamiliar with Hy-Tek, you can find help at Bridgeport’s Track and Field site: www.bridgeporttrack.com. All entries must have a time/distance/height entered.

Entries: A team may enter up to 5 athletes in each field event and up to 5 in each running event. Unlimited in races 1600 and above.

Scratches: Please email your scratches and replacements by Tuesday, April 11, 2017 to ccress@k12.wv.us. Last minute scratches and replacements will also be accepted from 3:30-4:00 at the meet, however, please make every effort to have all scratches and replacements in by Tuesday, April 11, 2017.

Miscellaneous: The concession stand will be open. Starting blocks will be provided. Throwing Implements will be provided for the shot put. (Only provided shot puts can be used) The longest spikes allowed on our track are 3/16 inch. Participants in the throws and long jump will get 4 attempts. This will be a single session meet.
