LKC Quad Information

Time: Field Events- 4:00pm and Running Events- 4:30pm

Awards: There are no awards for this meet.

Entry Fee: There is no entry fee for this meet.

Entry Deadline: Hy-Tek entries need to be e-mailed to whscoachhall@gmail.com no later than Sunday, March 26,2017. The event file that is needed will be posted on www.runwv.com.

Entries: There are no limits on the number of entries in individual events for this meet. Please be reasonable, however, but allow this to be an opportunity to get all of your athletes in the meet. Of course, only 3 athletes per school can place in an event. “B” relays will also be permitted. Only one relay team per school can place, though.

Scratches: Please email your scratches and replacements before noon on meet day to whscoachhall@gmail.com Last minute scratches and replacements will also be accepted until 3:30pm at the meet. However, please make every effort to get this information to us no later than noon.

Miscellaneous: The concession stand will be open. Starting blocks will be provided.
