Today is the day to sign up for:

The 29^th  Annual CAPITAL CITY STRIDERS INVITATIONAL TRACK MEET WILL BE held on Friday June 9 beginning at 4:30 PM and SATURDAY JUNE  10 at 8:00 AM in University of Charleston Stadium AT LAIDLEY FIELD.

All age group competitors from 4 to 84 are welcomed.

Entry form may be picked up at Laidley Field from 6 to 8 PM.
