The Kanawha Valley Track & Field Officials Association loaned two sets of starting blocks last night at the Sherman Tide Open. Only one set was returned. The blocks are painted red, orange and yellow. They are also engraved with KVTFOA. Can whom ever that mistakenly took the blocks please return them to Laidley Field? The KVTFOA purchases blocks for the use of visiting teams that don't have a set.
