Class AAA Boys Individual Event Predictions

100 M	1. Malcolm Fletcher	Capital
	2. Breece Hoff Capital
	3. Kyrae Ramos Hedgesville
	4. Alajuan Robinson	Morgantown
	5. Sam Irwin Hedgesville
	6. Benjamin Waibogha	Morgantown
Fletcher is the only one in the field with multiple runs under 11 seconds, and he
has four of them. Hoff is the only other one to have been under 11 seconds and has
five runs under 11.25. Ramos had two excellent runs at the Regional. Robinson had
the fastest Regional time in the field and 3 runs under 11.20. Irwin was just 0.01
off Ramos at the Regional. Waibogha has the 3rd best top time in the field and the
3rd best series, but 3 of his 4 best runs came before the middle of April. The top
six have all been under 11.15. Only one other has been under 11.25.

200 M	1. Malcolm Fletcher	Capital
	2. Kyrae Ramos Hedgesville
	3. Sam Irwin Hedgesville
	4. Elian Lamar Spring Mills
	5. Benjamin Waibogha	Morgantown
	6. Breece Hoff Capital
Fletcher has the top time in the field and four runs under 22.50. Ramos has the 2nd
best time and was under 22.50 in both runs at the Regional. Irwin has four runs
under 22.75. Lamar is one of just 3 in the field with 5 runs under 23 seconds, 3
of which are 22.70 or better. Waibogha also has five runs under 23 seconds and 3
under 22.70. HOff has a better to time than Waibogha but has only been under 23
seconds twice. 7 have been under 22.70. No one else has been under 23.

400 M	1. Andrew Nesselroade	Buckhannon-Upshur
	2. Seth Cain Hedgesville
	3. Nicholas Mazaelski	Jefferson
	4. Vitaly Cuff Morgantown
	5. Alex Ray Cabell Midland
	6. Scott Soucier	Greenbrier East
Nesselroade is the only one to have gone under 50 seconds and has four runs under
51. He was also 3rd last year while going under 50. Cain has only ran the event
twice but was under 51 both times. Mazaleski has the 2nd best time in the field
and has four runs under 51.7 seconds. Cuff has three runs under 51.4 seconds. Ray
also has three runs under 51.7 seconds, but Cuff is slightly ahead at all 3 spots.
Soucier has a better top time than Cuff or Ray, but the series isn't quite as strong.
This race should really be a lot of fun as 13 in the field have been under 51.7
seconds at least once and 9 of them have done it at least twice.

800 M	1. Jagger Harvey	Woodrow Wilson
	2. Miles Kominsky	Woodrow Wilson
	3. Delmar Hagedorn	Jefferson
	4. Asher Personett	Musselman
	5. Anthony Bradford	Parkersburg
	6. Alex Hughes Hurricane
Harvey has the top time in the field by nearly 2 seconds and has a pair of runs under
1:58 and 4 under 2:00. He was also 3rd last year. Kominsky is the only other one
with a pair of runs under 2:00, and he was 4th last year. Hagedorn has a top time
that is equivalent to Kominsky, but I only have 2 times on record for him this year.
Personett has also been under 2:00 and has 5 runs under 2:01.5. I really struggled
with 5 through 10. Ultimately, I went with Bradford and Hughes. The both have a
pair of runs under 2:02 and won't have been through a very tough 1600 earlier in the
day like my other candidates. 10 in the field have been under 2:02. 13 have been
under 2:03.

1600 M	1. Chris Barbera	Woodrow Wilson
	2. Miles Kominsky	Woodrow Wilson
	3. Philip White	University
	4. Scott Barker	Parkersburg
	5. Coy Smith Cabell Midland
	6. Ian Domenick	Parkersburg
Barbera has the top time in the field and 3 runs under 4:35. Kominsky has the 2nd
best time in the field and a pair of runs under 4:32. White has the next best time,
going 4:27 all the way back on 4/1. Barker has a pair of runs under 4:35. Smith
has 5 runs under 4:35 but hasn't gone under 4:30. Domenick has 3 runs under 4:35.
7 in the field have been 4:30 or better. 10 have been under 4:35. 12 have been under
4:36. 14 have been under 4:37. This should be fun.

3200 M	1. Philip White	University
	2. Chris Barbera	Woodrow Wilson
	3. Jacob Birurakis	George Washington
	4. Coy Smith Cabell Midland
	5. Josh Endres St. Albans
	6. Scott Barker	Parkersburg
White and Barbera had quite the battle at the Gazette Relays with Barbera taking the
win by half a second. And yet, I've gone with White. It's a tough call, and the
data doesn't support it, but that's what I have. Regardless, it should be a great
race. I've gone ahead and put Birurakis in 3rd. It's conceivable that he won't even
run. He's battling injury that kept him out of the 1600 and 800 at the Regional.
I don't know his status. Smith has the 4th best time in the field and stepped up
last year in this event. Endres has the next best time. Barker has the next best
time and is one of just 3 in the field with 3 runs under 9:55. 8 in the field have
beeun under 9:50 and 13 have been under 10:00.

110 HH	1. Ridge Dalrymple	Ripley
	2. Dezmon Bradshaw	Huntington
	3. Ethan Secrist	Brooke
	4. Adam Brown Hedgesville
	5. Chris Elschlager	Parkersburg South
	6. Jamie Boone Greenbrier East
Dalrymple has the top time in the field and is the only one to have been under 15
seconds more than once, and he's done it at least five times. His 5th best time is
better than anyone else's best. Bradshaw is the only other one who has been under
15 seconds. Secrist has the next best time. Brown has a better series than Secrist,
but not as good a top time. Elschlater has a better top time than Brown, but not
as good a series, and his best runs were in April. Boone gets a close nod for the
last spot on top end series. 7 have been under 15.60 and 10 have been under 16.00.

300 IH	1. Ridge Dalrymple	Ripley
	2. Dezmon Bradshaw	Huntington
	3. Nathan Tress	Hedgesville
	4. Jimmy Kemp Parkersburg South
	5. Raymond Alston	Spring Mills
	6. Adam Brown Hedgesville
Dalrymple has the best time in the field by a full second and is the only one to
have been under 40 seconds. Bradshaw is the other one to have been under 41 seconds
more than once, and he's done it 5 times, the only one in the field to accomplish
that. Tress has been under 41.2 twice. Kemp has a better series than Tress and has
3 runs under 41.50. Alston has three runs under 41.40. Brown has a pair under 41.50
and 3 under 41.70. 11 have been under 41.8 at least once.

4x100 M	1. Hedgesville
	2. Morgantown
	3. Huntington
	4. Capital
	5. Spring Mills
	6. Cabell Midland
Hedgesville has the top time in the field by almost 0.6 with their stellar 42.77
Regional run. Morgantown has the next best series of runs. Huntington has the 2nd
best time in the field, but their Regional run will have them in the 1st heat. Capital
has the top two individual times in the State and the 4th best time in the field,
but they'll have to do it from Lane 8. Spring Mills had the 2nd best Regional time
in the field. Cabell Midland had the 3rd best Regional time. 7 in the field have
been under 44 seconds. 9 have been under 44.30.

4x200 M	1. Hedgesville
	2. Spring Mills
	3. Ripley
	4. Morgantown
	5. Jefferson
	6. Musselman
Hedgesville has the top time in the field by over 1.8 seconds with their sub-1:29
run at the Regional. Only Spring Mills has been under 1:31 among the rest of the
field. Ripley has the next best time by over 0.5 seconds. Morgantown has the next
best FAT clocking. Jefferson has some upward potential. Musselman hsa the next best
time. 11 have been under 1:33.

4x400 M	1. Hedgesville
	2. Jefferson
	3. Musselman
	4. Parkersburg
	5. Spring Mills
	6. Morgantown
Hedgesville has the to ptime and the top potential in the field. They've already
ran 3:27, and I think they can go a little faster. I think Jefferson can make it
interesting, though. Musselman has also been under 3:30. Parkersburg will be running
from the 1st heat, but I have them with 3:29 capability. Spring Mills has the next
best time and the 3rd fastest Regional run. Morgantown is next in line. I have 6
teams within 2 seconds of each other for the last 4 spots.

4x800 M	1. Woodrow Wilson
	2. Parkersburg
	3. Jefferson
	4. Morgantown
	5. Cabell Midland
	6. Musselman
Woodrow Wilson has the horses to flirt with an 8:00 run. I don't think anyone else
can quite get there. Parkersburg has only been 8:23, but I think they can get in
the 8:05 range. Jefferson has already ran 8:10 and should be able to go a little
faster. Morgantown can get close to 8:10. I actually have Cabell Midland a little
faster potentially than Morgantown, but Morgantown has been the faster of the two
thus far, so I gave the spot to Morgantown. Musselman has the 3rd best time in the
field, but I don't know if they can get where I think the others can get. I'll also
mention that I had Hurricane with faster potential than Musselman, but they haven't
been under 8:30 yet, so I kept the spot with Musselman.

Shuttle	1. Hedgesville
	2. Ripley
	3. Parkersburg South
	4. Cabell Midland
	5. Martinsburg
	6. Woodrow Wilson
Ripley and Hedgesville are tied for the top time in the field. Ripley has a better
2nd time. Hedgesville has a better 3rd time. Hedgesville was a little faster at
the Regional, so I went that direction. Those two are over a second ahead of the
rest of the field. Parkersburg South is the only other team to have been under
60 seconds, and they've done it 5 times. Cabell Midland has a pair of runs under
60.25. Martinsburg has the next best top time. Woodrow Wilson is the only other
team to have been under 61 seconds. Only 7 have been under 62.

H Jump	1. Dane Flanagan	Musselman
	2. Michael Beasley	Woodrow Wilson
	3. Brennen Wright	John Marshall
	4. Seth Finnegan	Huntington
	5. Dominic Collins	Parkersburg South
	6. Oliver French	Hedgesville
Flanagan is the only once to have topped 6'4 more than once. He has four jumps of
at least 6'2. Beasley has only done the event twice but went 6'4 and 6'0. Wright
has a 6'2 jump and four 6'0 jumps. Finnegan has a 6'2 jump and a 6'0 jump. Collins
is one of just two with a pair of 6'2 jumps, and he had a pair of 6'0 jumps. However,
he hasn't cleared even 5'10 since mid-April, but he also tied for 3rd last year. French
is the only other one with a pair of 6'0 jumps. Only 8 have cleared 6'0 at all
during the season.

P Vault	1. Tristan Rowland	Spring Mills
	2. Chais Shockley	Morgantown
	3. Nathaniel Wheeler	University
	4. Jonathan Garver	Hedgesville
	5. Isaiah Redman	Hedgesville
	6. Evan King Ripley
Rowland has a 14'0 vault and four 13'6 vaults. Shockley has a better top vault at
14'1, but has only gone 13'6 three times. Wheeler has three 13'6 vaults. Garver
has a 13'7 and a 13'6. Redman has a pair of 13'0 vaults and three 12'6 vaults.
King has a 13'6 vault but no other showings over 12'0. 8 in the field have cleared
13'0.

L Jump	1. Kelshawn Grant	Woodrow Wilson
	2. Adam O'Donnell	Spring Mills
	3. Quamaezius Mosby	Wheeling Park
	4. Ethan Airhart	Parkersburg
	5. Jeffery Gaskins	Jefferson
	6. Jeremiah Livengood	Hedgesville
Oh, how I hate picking the long jump. Grant has 4 jumps over 21'0, and most importantly,
they all occurred at Laidley. O'Donnell has the only 22'0 jump in the field and
has 5 jumps of 21'0. Mosby also has five 21'0 jumps. Airhart has 3 jumps over
20'8. Gaskins have five jumps of at least 20'2 and was 4th last year. Livengood
has four jumps of at least 20'2. 10 in the field has been at least 20'9 and 12
have been over 20'0.

Shot	1. Hunter Hicks	Cabell Midland
	2. Darnel Wright	Huntington
	3. Bennett McFarland	Parkersburg
	4. Gavin Smoot Hedgesville
	5. Logan Sherwood	Hedgesville
	6. Billy Ross Huntington
Hicks has the top throw in the field by over 5'. He has five throws over 51', which
is better than anyone elses best. Wright had the 2nd best Regional performance in
the field. McFarland ins one of just two that have thrown 50' and, and has the next
best series. However, Wright beat McFarland at the Regional Meet and the MSAC.
McFarland's 3 best throws were in mid-April or earlier. Smoot is one of just three
with a pair of 48' throws. Sherwood has a pair of 47' throws and two more over 46'.
Ross has 4 throws of at least 45'11. 8 in the field have thrown at least 46'10.

Discus	1. Hunter Hicks	Cabell Midland
	2. Bennett McFarland	Parkersburg
	3. John Hicks Hampshire
	4. E.J. Heath Hedgesville
	5. Michael Berlo	Martinsburg
	6. Doug Nester Spring Valley
H.Hicks have 5 throws over 165'0. McFarland has the best top throw, edging Hicks by
4" at the MSAC. He has 3 throws over 160'0. J.Hicks has a pair of throws over
160'0 and 5 over 157'0. But his four best throws came mid-April or earlier. Heath
has 3 throws of at least 134'0. Berlo has a pair of 135'0 throws and four over 130'0.
Nester has the 4th best top throw in the field at 143'9, but has only two other low
130'0 throws from very early in the season to accompany with it. 9 in the field
have thrown 130'0.
