Dear Track Coaches, February 2, 2016

Spencer Middle School would like to extend to you this invitation to be a part of the upcoming Spencer Middle School Easter Classic Track Meet which will be held on Saturday April 16, 2016 at Roane County High School. The track facility at RCHS boasts an 8 lane track with an electronic Flash Timing system and facilities for all field events to be contested. ENTRY FEE: $60.00 for one team / $100.00 for boys and girls teams. B team entries will be $15.00 per team

ENTRIES: Teams will be permitted 3 individual and 1 relay entry per event. Athletes are limited to 4 events with no more than 3 running events per WVSSAC rules.

AWARDS: Ribbons will be awarded for 1^st through 6^th place in each event. High point boy and girl and team awards to 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, place boys and girls. A combined team champion will also be awarded

TIME: Field events will begin at 10:00 with running events to follow at 11:00. This will be a one session meet and follow the order of events as outlined by the WVSSAC.

CONCESSIONS: A full concession stand will be available throughout the meet.

HOSPITALITY ROOM: A hospitality room will be available for coaches.
