Changes can be made in the Press Box on the day of the meet.
*3 per event w/1 Relay. Please list all times, heights and distances.
ONLY Busses Park inside main Football Gate!
*Includes Field
and Exchange Judges.
9:45 am – First Call - Field Events *Rotation will be announced.
Field: (In order to move things along.) If any Coach would like to judge Shotput, step right up!
On 1st Call, please report to the venue.
When an athlete leaves for another event:
*They must ‘check out’ AND please report back in *immediately after event.
*Ten (10) minutes after the conclusion of their
participation…..NO exceptions.
Girls High Jump – 4’6” *Note new traffic pattern around High Jump.
Boys High Jump – 5’ 4”
Girls Pole vault – 6’
Boys Pole vault – 7’ 6”
The Field events are covered, but some may need a break at times. Hint, Hint!
TENTS and All athletes to be on Visitors side.
Restrooms and Changing rooms are at each end of Field House
Please DO NOT leave anything in there!
Concession is on backside of Field House.
No Spikes on the Football field or Bleachers.
ONLY Coaches, Staged Athletes and “Help” allowed inside the fences.
Clerks’ of Course – The WI tent beside the Field House near the bleachers.
BULLPEN - Bleachers are for the Athletes’.
*Staging area is on the 110 m. Hurdle APRON. Athletes remain there until called up!
