Clarksburg, WV.  Rt. 98  “Eagle Way”…..Off Rt. 50 E/W, take Joyce St. exit to Rt. 20 South and you will see Rt. 98 near McDonald’s, turn right up and over 98….Left onto Eagle Way to RCBHS.    Park in Main Lot…..Busses ONLY inside Main Gate at Football Field.

ENTRY FEE:   $45.00 per team…$80.00 per School …Individuals - $5.00 per.

9:30 - Coaches meeting w/Team Rep.s on the 50 yard Line.

9:45  - 1st Call Field Events  WVSSAC Rotation for 1 session meet.  *If any Coach or team rep.    would like to help at a Field Event or Exchange Zones’, you are Welcome…cotact Pete.

10:00 - 1st Call 4X800 Girls Relay.

Clerks’ of Course located under the yellow WI Tent by the Field House.

 

Awards:

1st - 3rd  Team G/B.

1st - 6th     Individual G/B.

High Point - G/B….submit your candidate to the Press Box asap!

General:

Changing Rooms at each end of Field House, G/B.  Please DO NOT leave anything in there.

Concession available – backside of Field House.

·                     There will be an admission charge.

·                     No One but staged athletes and Coaches allowed inside the fence.

·                     Caution of the Camera Area.

·                     NO ’Spikes’ inside Football Field lines and Bleachers.

·                     All TENTS and Athletes set up camp on the Visitor’s Side Bleachers.

·                     Any athlete jumping the fences will be disqualified.

·                     Event T-Shirts are available with names on back optional – On Point Athletics!

·                     PLEASE Note the traffic flow around the High Jump Arena.

Starters: Joe Gonzales – Referee     w/ Justin Hayes.

Teams: Fairmont Senior, Liberty HS, Philip Barbour, Grafton, Lincoln, Pickens and RCB.
