SAHS “Let’s Move” Middle School Invitational

Saint Albans High would like to invite you to participate in the SAHS “Let’s Move” Middle School Invitational. SAHS is sponsoring this event as a fundraiser for the Physical Education program. All proceeds will go toward the purchase of new equipment. Please help us improve our program as you compete in this highly competitive meet! Below you will find information concerning the event.

When: Monday May 2nd, 2016 beginning with field events @ 4:30.

Where: Laidley Field/ UC Stadium, Charleston, WV

Cost: $75 per school (Fee covers both your boys and girls “A” teams)

$40 per single team (Fee if you ONLY send a boys or girls team)

$20 per each additional team (Additional Teams: “B and C”)

Awards: Team trophies for 1^st and 2^nd place, medals for 1^st place, ribbons 2^nd-6^th place for events. High Point Champion plaques will also be awarded.

Entries: 2 athletes, per team, per event.

Hospitality: A hospitality room will be set up for coaches, officials, and workers. Meal tickets will be issued the day of the event.

Registration: E-mail Michael “Tank” Scarbro @ mscarbro@mail.kana.k12.wv.us to identify your intent to participate. A reply e-mail will be sent with a cover letter, additional information and e-mail an Hy-Tek event file. This will be a 10 school meet on a first come, first serve basis.
