Location: RCBHS Athletic Complex Start - Field Events 4:00 pm.

Hy-Tek Entries ONLY: Meet Event Files will be up on RunWV.com - 36 events.

Entries Deadline: Sunday Evening May 1

Changes can be made in the Press Box upon your arrival……No Adds to entered roster.

3:30 - Coaches meeting on the Fifty yard line - Referee/Starter Joe Gonzalez. w/Justin Hayes.

*Field Event Judges pick up their clipboards, etc.

3:45 - First Call - Field events.

Athletes - When checking out for other events, REPORT back upon completion of that event.

4:30 - First Call - Running Events. Clerk check in: at Gold WI tent adjacent to Field House.

Athletes: When you are in the Bullpen and have Assignments…………. STAY THERE!

RELAY changes at Clerk of Course when checking relay team in!

Concession is available.

Changing rooms are at each end of the Field House. DO NOT leave anything in there!

ONLY Coaches allowed inside the fence. Any athlete jumping fences will be ejected.

The Games Committee will be all Coaches as needed.

Awards will be given to Team Winners and Individuals.

Event T-shirts are available with optional name on back…..by On Point Athletics.

NO Spikes on Football Field or in bleachers.

Be aware of the Camera at Finish Line.

NOTE: This meet requires the schools to Judge and support a Field Event.

Please check current rules for your event.

The Host will provide clipboards, pencils, measuring tapes, etc. *except implements and poles.

Pole Vault - Bridgeport HS. Girls 6’6” Boys 8’ *verification forms required.

High Jump - Robert C. Byrd HS. Girls 4’6” Boys 5’6”

Long Jump - Liberty HS of Harrison. (4)

Discus - Lincoln HS. (4)

Shotput - South Harrison HS. (4)

Finish and Break Line - Notre Dame HS
