Dear Track Coaches,

Spencer Middle School would like to extend to you this invitation to be a part of the upcoming Spencer Middle School Easter Classic Track Meet which will be held on Saturday April 18, 2015 at Roane County High School. The track facility at RCHS boasts an 8 lane track with an electronic Flash Timing system and facilities for all field events to be contested. ENTRY FEE: $60.00 for one team / $100.00 for boys and girls teams

ENTRIES: Teams will be given unlimited entries in each event, however athletes are limited to 4 events with no more than 3 running events per WVSSAC rules. Only the top 3 individuals and 1 relay per school may score in each event, however teams may have more than 3 place winners. (Ex: Runners place 1^st, 2^nd, 4^th, 6^th ….only 1,2,4, will score but 1,2,4,6 will receive ribbon).

An event file will be posted to www.runwv.com . Entries will need to be sent via email to jlgray@k12.wv.us and must be received by April 14, 2015.

AWARDS: Ribbons will be awarded for 1^st through 6^th place in each event. High point boy and girl. Team awards to 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, place boys and girls as well as overall team champion award (combined boy and girl score).

TIME: Field events will begin at 10:00 with running events to follow at 11:00. This will be a one session meet and follow the order of events as outlined by the WVSSAC.

CONCESSIONS: A full concession stand will be available throughout the meet.

HOSPITALITY ROOM: A hospitality room will be available for coaches.

ADMISSION: All tickets will be $5.00
