Track and Field Coaches:
Point Pleasant Jr/Sr High School will
be hosting the 2015 MVAC Championships on Monday, May 4th at Ohio Valley Bank
Track & Field at Point Pleasant Jr/Sr High School.
Schedule: We
will follow the order of events for middle school competition as set forth in
the 2014 Interscholastic. This will be
on a rolling schedule under a “one session” format. Field events will start immediately following
the scratch/coaches meeting at approx. 4:15pm, with running events beginning at
approximately approx. 4:45pm. All times
are final. There will be 3 throws per
athlete in the shot and discus, as well as 3 jumps per athlete in the long
jump. We will take a 30 minute break
following the completion of the 400 meter dash.
A meal will be provided to all coaches/officials at that time.
Awards: Team
plaques for Conference Champions and Runners Up in both boys and girls division
Medals
for Conference Champion, Ribbons for 2nd through 6th
places in both boys and girls events
Entries: Each
team may enter 2 athletes per event.
Please
follow the 4 events total/no more
than 3 running events
restriction for each athlete. You may
substitute, but not add. Please submit
all entries via Hy-Tek. Event file will be posted on www.runwv.com or emailed at your request.

submit scratches by Noon or earlier the day of the meet.
Deadline: Hy-Tek submissions MUST
be used and are due NO LATER
THAN NOON on Sunday, May 3rd.
Submissions WILL NOT be accepted the day of the meet.
