Dear Coach:

            This is your information packet on the 2015 Little Kanawha Conference Championship Track Meet to be held on Friday, May 8, 2015, at Cline Stansberry Stadium in West Union, WV. 

Time:  Field events will begin at 4:00pm. We plan to start running events at 5:00pm.  We will follow the regular format for a two-session meet.

Awards:  Trophies will be given to the 2^nd & 3^rd place teams and to the top individual in both the boys’ and girls’ divisions.  Also, 1st through 3^rd place in all individual & relay events will receive medals, while 4^th through 6^th place will receive ribbons.  (The team champions & the top 14 scorers (All-Conference) in each division will receive their awards at the LKC Banquet.) 

Entry Fee:  None

Entry Deadline:  Wednesday, May 6, 2015. Only Hy-Tek files will be permitted. E-mail them to Josh Weekley at runwv@runwv.com

Entries:  Teams will be permitted to enter 3 individuals per individual event and 1 relay team per relay event. 

Scratches:  Please FAX your scratches and replacements before noon on meet day (866)491-9334.  Last minute scratches and replacements will also be accepted until 3:00pm at the meet; however, it would be greatly appreciated if you get this information to us no later than noon.

Miscellaneous:  The concession stand will be open.  Starting blocks will be provided.  The longest spikes allowed on our track are ¼ inch.  The following field events will be contested first:  Girls high jump & shot put and Boys pole vault, long jump, & discus.  There will be trials and finals in the throws and long jump.  We will have a meal for coaches between the 400m dash and 4x800m relay. The break will be 30 minutes long.
