Entry Fee: $100 make check out to LCHS. You can mail it or bring it with you Friday.

Important Info:
Long jump will be open pit. Boys from 4:30-6pm Girls from 6:15 to 7:45 athletes will have that time to get their 4 jumps in
Shot Put & Discus will be 4 throws and NO finals. There will also be a minimum throw mark (to save time)
During the break, coaches are invited to the hospitality area behind the concession stand for dinner.
T shirts will be available during the meet.
Running events will be regular 2 session meet order with times finals
