Coaches: 

        This is your invitation to the 12th annual Ernie Chattin Memorial at Ashland Athletic Complex on the campus of Paul G. Blazer High School.  All Kentucky high school track and field events will take place.  Please refer to the meet schedule below. LIMITED TO THE FIRST 18 TEAMS.  This meet will be Fully Automatic Timed.  Reserve your spot nowJ

 

Entry Fees and Entries:

Team Fee              $75  (boys and girls separate)

A “B” team will be an additional $35 (girls and boys separate)

Individual Fee $10 per athlete (for 7 or less athletes)

 

Please list accurate times/performances for your athletes and relays.  HEATS and FLIGHTS ARE DETERMINED BY ENTRIES. SUBMIT ACCURATE TIMES and MARKS.

The entry deadline is 9:00 pm  April 27, 2015.  

 

Hytek entries can be emailed to phillip.caudill@ashland.kyschools.us. Heats and lane assignments will be based on entries as of this deadline. 

 

Entries limited to 2 individuals in all individual events. One relay team per school in each relay.  A meet event file will be sent out at a later date.

 

Meet T-Shirts:

Short-sleeve meet t-shirts will be on sale the day of the meet. 

 

Admission:

Adults $4            Students $2

Concessions and bathrooms will be available.

 

 

Awards/Scoring:

First and second place finishers will receive medals.  Third thru eighth place will receive a ribbon.  Team trophies will be awarded to the first, second, and third place teams. 

The Ernie Chattin Memorial Award will be given to the individual with the most outstanding performance as determined by games committee.  High point awards will be given to the top male and female.  Athletes participating in relays will receive ¼ of the points.

 

Each first place team will receive 20 MEET CHAMPION T-shirts.

 

Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.  Scoring is limited to 2 athletes per team.
