The 1St Dick Dunlap Classic

 

Where:  Winfield High School

Date:  Friday April 24th, 2015

Time:  Scratch Meeting at 3:45.  Field Events will follow at approximately 4:00

Scoring:  10, 8, 6,4,2,1

Awards:  1st and 2nd Place Team Trophies (Boys and Girls)

                 High Point Trophy (Boys and Girls)

                 Individual Medals for 1st thru 6th place

*At the conclusion of the meet, awards may be picked up at the finish line timing building. 

Entry Fee:  $55/team or $100/school for Boy/Girl Teams

                    $35 for B teams

Entry Deadline:  April 15th 2015 by noon.  This meet will be limited to a total of 12 teams.  If you wish to enter your team/teams, please do so early.  Contact Coach David Bailey at dbailey@k12.wv.us or Shawn Anderson at smanders@k12.wv.us

Entries:  Entries must be done by using Team Manager Lite.  Each school will be allowed to enter 3 boys/girls per event.  You may substitute, but no adds before the meet.  Please list your best times and distances for each event so heats may be arranged correctly.  If times are not sent, your runner may be placed in a slower heat.  The 8 fastest times in trials will run in finals.  If needed, coaches may be asked to help out. 

 

Meals:  A meal will be provided for each head coach and one assistant.  There will be a concession stand open for all who attend.
