Coaches: 

        This is your invitation to the Ashland Middle School Invitational at Ashland Athletic Complex on the campus of Paul G. Blazer High School contested on April 30th.  MEET IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 8 SCHOOLS to reserve a spot to amy.prichard@ashland.kyschools.us .

 

Entry Fees and Entries:

·        Team Fee              $50  (boys and girls separate)

·        B Team Fee   $35 (boys and girls separate)

·        Individual Fee $10 per athlete

 

If not using HYTEK entry add $10 additional for each team (B/G separate)

 

Please list accurate times/performances for your athletes and relays.  HEATS and FLIGHTS ARE DETERMINED BY ENTRIES. SUBMIT ACCURATE TIMES and MARKS.

 

The entry deadline is 9:00 am  April 27th, 2015.   Hytek entries can be emailed to phillip.caudill@ashland.kyschools.us. Heats and lane assignments will be based on entries as of this deadline.  Entries limited to three individuals in the 100, 200, 400, 100H, 200H, long jump, high jump, shot put, and discus. One relay team in the 4x100 and 4x200.  Unlimited entries in 800, 1600, 3200, 4x400 and 4x800.

 

 ATHLETES ARE LIMITED TO 4 EVENTS!  ATHLETES CAN ONLY PARTICIPATE IN A TOTAL OF 3 RUNNING EVENTS WHICH INCLUDES RELAYS.  

 

 

Admission:

Adults $4            Students $2

Concessions and bathrooms will be available.

 

 

Awards/Scoring:

·      First thru Eighth place will receive a ribbon.

 

·      Team trophies will be awarded to the first, second, and third place teams. 

 

·      High Point Award will be given to the top athlete for boys and girls.  Relay points are 1/4. 

 

Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.  Limited to 3 individuals per school per individual event.  Limited to 1 relay team per school.
