& FIELD
THE
WEST VIRGINIA Association USA TRACK & FIELD is hosting the Region 5 CHAMPIONSHIPS AT
UC Stadium at Laidley Field Thursday July 10th thru Sunday July
13th beginning at 9:00 AM each day.
Student
Athletes ages 6 through 18 from Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia will
be competing for a spot in the Junior Olympic National Championships in Humble
Texas.
This
Event is sanctioned by USA Track & Field.
Of
local interest on day one the Women’s Heptathlon include two Lexie Crompton of
Hurricane and Laurel Miller of Given WV.
