full name, email address you used to subscribe and a link to the event you are
trying to view.
Assistance by phone:
If you have any
questions regarding difficulty viewing, inability to find a specific
event link, technical issues within a broadcast, trouble subscribing, billing
questions, etc., please call 877-978-2311.
There are customer representatives standing by at all times to respond to issues and get fans set-up to view their events as quickly as possible. The NFHS Network is happy to issue refunds for accidental double subscribing as well as issues viewing a game experiencing technical difficulties.
