Place: Clay Battelle Track Complex, 6226 Mason Dixon Highway, Blacksville WV 26521

Scratches: All scratches must be done by 9:30, NO EXCEPTIONS

Time: Field Events and Trials will begin at 10:00 after the Parade of Teams (2 Session Meet)

Spikes: 3/16 in. pyramid spikes only

Entry Deadline: Wednesday April 23^rd 2014

Entry Fee: The Entry Fee payable to Clay Battelle High School will be $25.00 per team ($50.00 for both a boys and girls team from the same school). Entry fees should be sent to David Joyce, Athletic Director, Clay Battelle High School, 6226 Mason-Dixon Hwy, Blacksville, WV 26521.

Entry Information: Entries will be electronically done via Hy-Tek Meet Manager. Files will be

e-mailed to coaches and available on Runwv.com

Events Entry Limitations: For Field Events – a maximum of 3 athletes per event. For Running Events – a maximum of 3 athletes per event. 1 relay team per event. There are 14 teams competing in this tournament.

Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Awards: Medals will be presented to the 1^st place finishers, ribbons for 2^nd- 6^th. Plaques will be awarded to the top 3 Team finishers. There will be a special award for “Sydney’s Run” the winners of the girls 4x200 relay to commemorate her first State Championship
