Ritchie County Middle School Invitational - Saturday, April 26th.

This will be run as a 2 session meet.

Coaches Meeting at 9:15. Field Events begin at 9:30, Running Events begin at 10:00.

Entry fee is 50.00 per team, payable to:

Meet event files will be posted on runwv. Please send meet entries by Wednesday before the meet, using Hy-tek Team Manager. Limit entries to 3 athletes per event and one relay team. Any last scratches should be made by Friday at noon. Email entries to melallender@gmail.com

Individual medals for first place, ribbons through 6th place. Plaques for first and second place teams.

Notes:

The maximum spike length allowed is 3/16" (Will be checked). Spikes are not permitted in the bleachers.

·        Tape is not permitted on the track. Markers may be used for jumping events and relays.

·        Use your own shot/discus and batons. Standard blocks will be provided.

·        The pole vault weight verification form is to be turned in to the pole vault judge before warming up for the event.

·        Team tents may be set up in the bleachers opposite the finishing line. Teams without a tent may remain on the press box side, but are asked to not sit at the finish line end of the bleachers.

·        There will be a hospitality room provided for all coaches
