2 Session Meet:           Field Events Start at 10:00am

                                    Running Events start at 11:00am

 

Entry Fee: $50.00 per team. $100.00 for boys and girls teams of each school, for an additional ‘B’ team the fee is $25.00, mailed in advance of the meet.  (checks payable to Williamstown High School)

 

Entries:  Each team may enter 3 individuals per event and 1 relay team. The meet event file can be obtained from Run WV. Please email entries to Coach Hall at whscoachhall@gmail.com    The entry deadline will be Friday 6:00pm March 28,2014 

 

Scratches:  Must be done at meet before 9:30am (with deadline being Friday night there                        should be very few scratches done at meet.

 

Awards: Team trophies for the 1st  and 2nd  place teams.  High point awards for both boys and girls.  Ribbons will be giving to 1st through 6th place.
