Entries:           ONE TEAM ONLY!  Teams are permitted unlimited individual entries in open events (exhibition after first 3 entries) but please limit your entries for relay events to one per school.

 

                        All entries must be submitted by email through Team Manager Lite.  See  http://www.midlandrunning.com/HyTek/index.htm for program download.  The event file is available on http://www.runwv.com.  When naming your team in Team Manager Lite, use your WVSSAC school code as the team code.

Entry Deadline is Friday, April 25, 2014.  Entries MUST be received by 9:00 AM.  Late entries will not be accepted.

 

Scratches:      All scratches/adds are due no later than 10:15 on meet day.  These can be made at the “Track Shack” beside the finish line. 

 

Cost:                Entry fee is $50 per team or $90 per school.  Please make checks payable to “Hurricane High School.”

 

Awards:          Team awards for the 1st and 2nd place teams.  Individual medals and ribbons to top 6 in each event.  High Point award for top individually scoring boy and girl.

 

Meal:               Lunch will be provided during the break.
