Tuesday, April 1 – Spring Thaw Meet (Quad) Open Events and Field Events Only

-     Electronic Timing – Look for Event Files to be posted on Run WV

-     Hy-Tek entries required (must be received by March 28th 4:00pm)

-     Concessions available

-     Coaches meeting at 4:30

-     Field events will begin at 5:00

-     Running events at 5:15

-     Entry fee:  $50 per school $7 per individual   

 

Saturday, April 26th – Greenbrier East Invitational 

-     Awards: Individuals 1-6, Team 1-2, Boys and Girls High Point

-     Electronic Timing – Look for Event Files to be posted on Run WV

-     Hy-Tek entries required (must be received by April 23rd 4:00pm)

-     Concessions available

-     Coaches meeting at 9:30

-     Field events will begin at 10:00

-     Running events at 10:30

-     Entry fee:  $50 per team, $85 for boys and girls combined $7 per individual

 

Saturday, May 10th – GEHS Last Chance Relays (Relay & Field Event Meet Only)

-     Awards: Team 1-2-3

-     Electronic Timing – Look for Event Files to be posted on Run WV

-     Hy-Tek entries required (must be received by April 7th 4:00pm)

-     Concessions available

-     Coaches meeting at 9:30

-     Field events will begin at 10:00

-     Running events at 10:30

-     Entry fee:  $50 per team, $85 for boys and girls combined $7 per individual
