Poca's Christian Buckley has been named the 2014 West Virginia Gatorade Male Track & Field Athlete of the Year.

Buckley closed a strong Junior season with State Championships in the Shot Put and the Discus, having the top throws in any division in both disciplines. His State Meet Shot Put throw of 59'7 1/4 was the 2nd Best All-Time State Meet Performance.
