Sprint Medley 100/100/200/400

Girls Pole vault opens at 7' then 8' then by 6"

Boys 9' then 10' then 6"

8 total jumps or 3 consecutive misses

High jump opening girls at 4' boys at 5'

Entries: entry fee is $100 per school. $50 for one team

Only 1 relay per school in the events. Keeping all the relays to two heats

Bring your own batons and weight implements. Blocks are provided. Only pyramid spikes with a maximum length of 3/16 inch will be permitted on shoes and starting blocks.
